On a rainy 24 July 1998, SNCF 15053 stands with GRand Comfort coaches as EC VICTOR HUGO tp Paris Est at Luxembourg Gare. Class 15000 were delivered in four batches, the last batch 15050-15065 having symmetrical ventilation grilles, where the first three batches had asymetricval ones. With a heavy modernisation programe, the first three batches got their grilles fixed symmetrically. 

On the evening of 20 May 2004 SNCF 15038 has coupled herself to an EC service to Strasbourg at Luxembourg Gare. The train has arrived from Bruxelles-Midi via Namur and Arlon and will change direction with a loco swap with an NMBS/SNCB Class 20. 
