The ASD trains run the last mile to the SBB Station to route through to the City of Aigle.

When the sun is low, the light reaches the Château d'Aigle too late for it to be adequately illuminated as a background for railway pictures and so I had to look for a new location for this photo, where the TPC ASD ABe was in the middle of the vineyards above Aigle 4/8 472 was photographed as R 71 on the way to Les Diablerets.
