The SNCF X 73000 TER trains unfortunately only run twice a day from Vallorbe to Frasne; in the picture, SNCF X 73657, operating as TER 18136 to Frasne, is departing Vallorbe station. The TGV LYRIA 9203 from Paris Gare de Lyon to Zurich, consisting of trainset 4726, offers a rather tight connection to the SNCF Z73800 Coradia A TER "Baleine" waiting at Meroux station, bound for Belfort. Why diesel multiple units are now (also) being used on the electrified Delle - Belfort line is beyond my knowledge. December 10, 2025 
