Side view on 434.1100 at Luzna u Rakovnika on 11 June 2022. In 1917, the first engines of this class were build by Skoda in Plzen -then stil part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. After WW-I that Empire was disbanded and the new Czech0-Slovak Republic lost no time in building these Class 170/270 for het own railways and numbering them in the 434.1 series.
