The Dutch part not only is from the fact, that Abellio is/was/used to be a doughter company from NS Reizigers, but also from the banking tower in the back ground: Postbank is a Dutch banking concern -had the Dutch made better preparations and business plans, including countering any contingencies, Abellio might have survived from February 2022 on...
