2 ft gauge steam engine "Liseli" (Jung No 1693, built 1911) in service on the high alpin panoramic railway of "Parc d'Attractions du Chatelard (VS)" in Switzerland.
During the "first international high alpine 2ft steam engine meeting" in front of the shed in the station "Les Montuires" on 1'800 metres about sea level. 3 guest locomotives around "Liseli" (1 from Spain, 2 from Germany). All the visitors with their engines enjoyed this uncompare spectacle very good. Who knows, what time it would need until a next meeting could be realised on various steam again...? 01 Aug 2005

The OeBB Ed 2 x 2/2 with the operating number 196 builet by the J.A. Maffei Locomotive Works, Munich, Germany in Summiswald Grünen for the traditional Gotthelf Market. The owner of this old steamer is the SBB Historical Heritage Foundation Vehicle keeper the OeBB. 14.06.2025 
