The SNCF X 73800 Coradia A TER "Baleine" is waiting in Meroux for departure as MOBIGO TER 895052 to Belfort. Since MOBIGO TER 895052 is scheduled to leave Meroux at 9:43, it misses the connection with the RE56 arriving here from Bile/Bienne at 9:56.

Another view of the two stations, Belfort-Montbéliard TGV (below) and Meroux (above). The TGV LYRIA 9203 from Paris Gare de Lyon to Zurich, consisting of trainset 4726, offers a rather tight connection to the SNCF Z73800 Coradia A TER "Baleine" waiting at Meroux station, bound for Belfort. Why diesel multiple units are now (also) being used on the electrified Delle - Belfort line is beyond my knowledge. December 10, 2025 Stefan Wohlfahrt
On the way from Meroux to Porrentury, I was able to photograph the SNCF X73757 standing here during a two-minute stop in Delle. This means that diesel trains are (once again) in service on the now electrified Delle - Belfort line. The SNCF X 73757 "Baleine" arrived in Delle from Belfort at 8:19 as MOBIGO TER 895005 and will return to Belfort at 14:41 as MOBIGO TER 895004.
