Long-distance traffic on the Train de Vignes route: the SBB Flirt3 RABe 523 503 Mouette (RABe 94 85 0 523 503-6 CH-SBB), which was purchased for long-distance traffic, is running as S7 on the Train de Vignes route between Vevey and Puidoux and is currently driving into the Salanfe Tunnel, which is only 20 meters long, above St-Saphorin. The (ex) SNCF X ABD 2816 is traveling to the small hamlet of Pont de la Roche as part of a special Easter trip. The diesel railcar belongs to the Assosiation l'autrail X2800 du Haut Doubs . The X 2816 drives along the Doubs with its inappropriate sidecar and soon out of my field of vision. It will probably be some time in the country again before I can enjoy seeing an X 2800 again... The ÖBB 1116 220 is waiting in Zurich with its EuroCity Transalpin with train number EC 19793 to Graz for its imminent departure. Although ÖBB locomotives are not uncommon in Zurich HB, they always come to Zurich with RJ sets. An ÖBB 1116 in front of an SBB car, however, is the exception. The train is made up of three SBB B, an SBB A, an ÖBB WR, an ÖBB A and an ÖBB (B)D, if my memory is correct. Since this picture was taken while changing trains, I didn't have time to take a look at the entire train. Due to construction work, the EC 19793 Transalpin has the unusual route Zurich (from 8:33) - Bregenz - Munich - Salzburg - Schwarzach St. Veit Bischofshofen - Leoben - Graz (at 21:32) and will therefore take 12 hours and 59 minutes be. Oct 19, 2023

The former CEV MVR Be 2/6 7004 Montreux appears at the MIB as Be 2/6 13 and advertises the Grimselwelt. The train is on its way to Meiringen and, befor stopping in Aareschlucht West , is now on its way outwards from the Aareschlucht. The GTW Be 2/6 13 only wore its beautiful blue color scheme for a short time, as the MIB was taken over by the Zentralbahn and the ex CEV was given the unimaginative and few matching color scheme of the ZB. The Cisalpino ETR 470 “Treno Zero” is on a test drive in Lausanne. The train consists of three coaches 92 83 94-70 991-1 BAC + 92 83 94-70 992-2 BB + 94 83 54-70 993-3 RAC. After successfully completing the test runs, the Slovenian Railway SZ took over the train and two other trains. n contrast to the three-part Treno Zero , the series of Cisalpino trains delivered as a result were nine-part. To mark this occasion, L'Association 141R568 invited people on a culinary tour again this year - with the Train Chasse . The journey went from Vallorbe via Lausanne and Bern to La Chaux de Fonds and back via Chabrelien and Lausanne to Vallorbe. Instead of the usual 141 R 568, this year the ex BLS Ae 6/8 205 was used. The picture shows the train on the outward journey at the stop in Lausanne. October 14, 2023

An SBB Re 460 leaves Lausanne with its HVZ IR 90 towards Geneva. In the foreground you can still see a DKW that is no longer in use, but the actual motif is the Bpm in green/gray directly behind the locomotive. Bpm in and of itself are quite rare, and in green/gray they are almost rarely seen in planned use. The car has the UIC number B 50 85 21-73 518-5 CH-SBB. May 17, 2023

The SJ Rc2 1036 reaches Malmö C with the D 318 Nils Holgersson . The SJ Rc2 1039, built by ASSEA in 1969, took over the train at the Trelleborg ferry port. The D 318 Nils Holgersson runs from Berlin Zoo (from 10:50 p.m.) via Stralsund and Sassnitz to Malmö. On arrival the train consists of three cars, a DB sleeping car, an ex DR car (compartment car/coucher?) and another ex DR InterRegio car. In the last DR course book winter 1990/91 the train is listed in timetable table 650 as Sassnitz Express . By the way, the eponymous Nils Holgersson traveled in the other direction in his story, namely from southern Sweden to Lapland. Analog image from April 30, 1999
