I did take the photo of this narrow gauge steam locomotive in the year 1998. The picture shows the "Whistling Billy", an 8 tons Porter Locomotive (0-4-0ST) once belonging to the Merced Gold Mining Co. in Coulterville / California and came to that place in 1897. (slide scanned)
